As a shareholder, I understand that this rental water must be to lands that can physically receive the water and is located on the same lateral ditch. Shareholders assessment(s)and any late fees must be paid before entering into a rental agreement. As the Shareholder of record, I understand that I am responsible, along with all shareholders on my lateral ditch, for cleaning and maintaining our lateral ditch.
