****Shareholder must complete the back of their certificate, and mail it to PO Box 520 Eagar AZ 85925, or bring it in to the office at 823 E Main Street Springerville AZ 85938. There is a $50 fee that must be paid before the transfer will be completed.

****If you have lost your certificate, please print and complete the affidavit of lost or destroyed certificate under the forms tab and email it to pioneerirrigation@yahoo.com, or mail it to PO Box 520 Eagar AZ 85925 or resubmit it on the website under forms, click upload and affidavit of lost or destroyed and follow the instructions and submit the form.
