As a renter, I understand that this rental water must be to lands that can physically receive the water and is located on the same lateral ditch as the shareholder. I understand, I must provide myself access to the ditch with a structure that can be turned on and off. Shareholders and renters understand that they are both responsible, along with other shareholders on this lateral ditch, for cleaning and maintaining this lateral ditch. I understand that I am responsible for the water shares stated above and any issues that may arise during my allocated turn.
